On my second batch of making probiotic milk I decided to keep the warmer on longer for a thicker result. Easy to do, takes less than 30 seconds prep time.
My entire family enjoyed the kefir (I used organic, whole milk), mixed with chocolate collagen powder (from Costco) in a blender. It was delicious!!!!!!!

Great concept; a bit expensive ... the cost implies there'd be more than TWO packages of "seeds" included.
