We all love the taste and texture of this yogurt!
Normally would have given 5 stars but I am convinced quality control has fallen and the probiotic mixture is not what it was for several years. What used to generate a good result in 10.5 hours isn't good even after 12 hrs and the taste is different . This is with all preparation steps constant including ambient temperature (constant 74o ambient in home and also avg daily high outside). What used to be a smooth result is now liquidy and lumpy and I keep adding time in hopes it will work out. I've used this product for several years and so expect consistency and for the most part have had it until the last 2 orders of probiotic "seeds".
I love how easy it is to make yogurt and get the probiotics my body needs.
We have only 2 people in my family so a whole gallon is a bit much at the time for us. I did a half gallon at the time instead. It is simply delicious! I use on smoothies and by itself as well. It tastes amazing with higher grass fed quality milk. Their service was prompt, and I’m happy to support a local business.
