I have been using this yogurt for years! Went for my first colonoscopy they told me I had the gut of a 20 year old. I think this has contributed to my gut health! I bought it for my sister to help with her gut health. I let my yogurt cook longer too. I like it thick so I cook it for 12 hours or until think.
