tried it with SILK 13g PROTEIN soymilk (original, has sugar) -- works beautifully !!! almost "greek yogurt" overnight... and tastes good too.
I saw this product on Shark Tank and shortly started using it to make my own low-fat yogurt I put in smoothies and eat with blueberries and granola. Delicious!
